Greatness does not grow and thrive in a vacuum and neither do successful businesses. 

To start, focus on is who you are meant to serve. This person can change as your business grows and develops, but if when you’re just starting out – who is the one person you are drawn to serve? 

Once you’re crystal clear on your ideal client, you’ll be able to appropriately market to them, but you’ll need to dig deep into their wants, needs and truest desires. How will you serve them? What will your services do to change their life and propel them towards their own dreams? 

These considerations are just the first steps to building a thriving online coaching business. Once you’ve determined who you want to serve, how you’ll serve them, and what that service will provide, you now need to dig into those nitty gritty logistics.

[25:24] Think about it, what should your company name be? It can change, but start where you’re at.

[28:39] How do people find you? Take a minute to brainstorm as if you were the consumer.

[30:46] Think about sales. What comes up for you when you think about putting yourself out there?
