Once again, thank you so much for your support with the launch of the brand new IHML Show. I was blown away by your comments last week and am so grateful that you shared feedback with my guests as well as with me.

And if you have missed any of the first four episodes, all you have to do is go to youtube.com/iheartmylife or listen on americaoutloud.com/emilywilliams.

I will be releasing one new episode per week from here on out every Thursday on YouTube and you can catch me every single day on AmericaOutLoud at 8am ET/1pm GMT.

Today I want to talk about your current reality and manifesting what you desire, lovely.

One of the amazing guests on the IHML Show (and my client) Wendy Gless talked all about manifesting and money. She shared a story about manifesting a $125,000 check.

Here’s the screenshot she sent me when she deposited it into an ATM on a Sunday (yes, she really did that!).

On the show, we talked about money in a way you’ve maybe never heard it spoken about before.

At one point, Wendy literally said the words “money is easy”.

You may have loved hearing that, you may have rolled your eyes, you may have been intrigued — regardless of the emotion that came up for you I want you to really observe (not judge) it.

Even if you didn’t hear the show, when I say the words “money is easy” what comes to mind?

We’ll come back to that…

Recently, I was online searching for a beautiful ski chalet in the Alps for James and I to travel to next month. We are looking to spend a week in February prepping for our launch and working on some creative projects, and we thought it would be super inspiring to have the backdrop of a dramatic snow-covered mountain to keep us company. (Right?!)

I’m not sure if you know this about me lovely, but I get lost online looking at beautiful hotels and all things luxury travel so when I recently discovered this post about the best places ski chalets to visit around the world, I became obsessed.

I spent a good hour looking up nearly all of the French and Swiss locations.

Then got to the bottom of the list and saw the top of the comments section. I hate to admit it, but my first thought was “oh no — it’s going to be people complaining about how these aren’t real and how it’s not possible for them”.

Then I saw the first comment:

Not toooooo bad, I thought.

Then I noticed something else — there were 807 other comments after that.

I was curious.

To my surprise, as I scrolled through, most were people tagging friends and family — bringing their attention to all of the luxurious options.

No comments like “this isn’t possible for anyone”, “who could ever afford that” or “in my dreams- ha!”.

Of course maybe some of the readers were thinking that and didn’t comment — probably — after all, that’s the normal thought pattern.

But who’s looking to be normal? Certainly not you, lovely. I know you want an extraordinary life.

So what did you think when you read “money is easy” or when you clicked on that link above?

Trust me, all of us have a money story and question our desires at some point or another.

So many of my clients have these big dreams for their business. They want to launch the program, sell out the event, write the book — they plan that out and they have the vision in mind.

But when it comes to their life and the way they desire to live, they don’t even entertain the idea. They wonder what people will think, they don’t want to get their hopes up, they worry that it’s not responsible…

If you fall into that camp, here’s my challenge to you today, lovely, start to follow — not judge — your desires and see what happens.

My suggestion to you today is to ask yourself, what harm is it doing to look at the hotel? See how much the airfare would be for that trip to Italy? Book the massage? Walk into the designer store?

Allowing yourself to consider the possibility is actually one of the steps to manifesting and creating a more positive money mindset.

Here’s how I view manifesting:

Get clear on your goals and believe they are possible for you.

Then take the action that shows you are in belief and feel worthy of your desires.

Expect what you want to show up.

In other words: drop the freakin’ judgement or you won’t even get past step 1.

These hotels, chalets, clothes, opportunities exist because real people — people like you and me — say “yes” to them.

Who do you need to be to say “yes”? What do you want your life to look like? Who do you want to be surrounded by?

We need to get into a new reality — the reality of possibility — and stop settling in order to create the life we want.

How am I doing this in 2018?

One of the ways is by working with a rockstar mentor in a group program. We’re surrounding ourselves with people who are super inspiring — running amazing business and celebrating 7-figure months.

Yes, you read that right.

And we’re practicing what we preach and living in a way that lights us up and inspires us.

Because, otherwise, lovely, what are we really doing?

Sending love and so much inspiration, freedom and possibility to you!

P.S. Seriously, I cannot say this enough: If you have a desire in your heart, it’s meant for you and it’s possible. Trust that.

P.P.S. What are your best manifesting practices and what have you manifested? I’d love to hear! Hit reply and let me know…!

I started I Heart My Life from my kitchen table in a tiny London apartment in 2013.

After going through a 5-year quarter-life crisis, I discovered the world of personal development and the power of a gratitude journal and finally got clear on my true purpose in life: to help women fall in love with themselves and their lives. I Heart My Life has gone through many transformations over the years, but its mission has always remained the same: we exist to teach you how to create a life that you love.

We believe that life's too short to be subtle, that everything you want wants you back and in elevating your everyday, whatever that means to you. This is the I Heart My Life Show.
