My team and I have been working super hard in the background in preparation for the next round of I Heart Coaching which is coming your way in exactly one week! Woo hoo!
But today, I don’t want to talk about me. I want to talk about the incredible women within the I Heart My Life community.
Every day, I wake up with a long list of items on my plate. I’m not going to lie, although the majority of the time I’m good to go and excited to start my day, there are moments where it seems like a lot and overwhelm starts to creep in.
I’m sure you’ve been there…
It’s in those moments that I have to remember why I started. I have to remember why I’m doing all that I’m doing. I have to remember the mission.
So in those moments, I think about you, lovely.
One of the ways I avoid overwhelm is by taking a look at the women in my group programs – I Heart Coaching, 90 Days to $6k, I Heart Success – as well as my open group I Heart My Lifers.
I look at everything the amazing women within those groups have done and how they, too, are creating a life better than their dreams.

From starting a business, to sending out their first newsletters (despite wanting to throw up at the thought of it), to raising their rates, to organizing live networking events with the band 98 Degrees (I know, right?! And somehow they look exactly the same as they did 20 years ago!), to setting extraordinary goals for themselves, the women in the IHML community are up to big things in the world.
And that includes you, lovely.
These women remind me why I started IHML in the first place and they fuel me each and every day.
So today, if you’re in need of a bit of “refueling”, let their words inspire you to follow your own path to success and step up to the plate if you’ve been hiding in the shadows.
I can’t promise your journey will always be easy, but if your experience is anything like mine, it will be totally worth it.
