Today I’ve brought my brand new (been with us for several months) Director of Operations, Megan Hansell Henderson, on to discuss what it means to accept help in your journey.
Megan went from professional, to stay at home mom, to work at home mom because her fulfillment comes from more than traditional motherhood. FYI: there is nothing wrong with that. Despite the fact that her oldest needs an advanced level of care, she knew that she needed more to bring her a sense of fulfillment.
Fast-forward to the past year. While she has her MBA she decided that she wanted to learn more about the online space. She obtained a certification in online operations and began living her dream. Now she’s decided that dream is centered on supporting her family and the I Heart My Life Movement.
Here’s the thing, you don’t have to choose one over the other. Your success in business does not have to eclipse your success in family life.
