3 Simple Shifts to Reignite Your Momentum

Ever feel like you’re on top of the world, only to wake up one day and wonder where that spark went? You’re not alone. No matter how much we’ve achieved, we all have those days when our momentum feels out of reach. Recently, I had one of those days—feeling stuck, low-energy, and a little disconnected from my usual drive.

But I decided to make some simple shifts, and the results were powerful. Just three small but intentional actions helped me get back into alignment, reignite my momentum, and open up to fresh possibilities. Today, I want to share those with you, because these shifts could be exactly what you need to find your own breakthrough.

Shift #1: Going Back to Basics

Sometimes, the answers we’re looking for are found in the things we already know—those foundational practices that we might have set aside over time. For me, that meant returning to The Secret, both the documentary and the book. Watching it again reminded me of the powerful truth that we’re always creating our lives. The Law of Attraction doesn’t just work sometimes; it’s always working, whether or not we’re aware of it.

This reminder sparked something in me. It wasn’t just about what I wanted, but about getting intentional about how I was thinking and feeling every day. I realized that my mindset had been a little off, focused too much on what wasn’t working. By realigning with the Law of Attraction, I started to see immediate shifts.

Shift #2: Opening Up to My Inner Circle

One of the most powerful things you can do for yourself is to surround yourself with people who truly believe in you. Even though I teach mindset and transformation, it doesn’t mean I don’t have days where I need a little reminder myself. I decided to open up to my close friends and colleagues about how I was feeling.

Letting my guard down and sharing my struggles was liberating. My friends rallied around me with encouragement, reminding me of my past successes and the times I’ve overcome even bigger challenges. They helped me see my greatness when I couldn’t see it myself. Surrounding yourself with people who can remind you of your strengths and help you reset your perspective is invaluable. We all need people who can hold up a mirror to our potential and support us through the ups and downs.

Shift #3: Scripting My Dream Reality

If you’re familiar with the Law of Attraction, you know that visualizing your dream life is powerful. But there’s another practice that takes it up a notch: scripting. Scripting is a journaling exercise where you write as if you’re already living your dream life. You describe your goals, your dreams, and even your daily experiences in the present tense as though they’re happening right now.

When you script, you’re not just writing—you’re tapping into the emotion of your vision. It’s about feeling the excitement, gratitude, and joy of that reality as if it already exists. One of my colleagues recently recorded a video about this practice, and it inspired me to dive back into scripting myself.

Here’s how it works: instead of writing “I want to achieve [X],” you write from the perspective of “I am living my dream life.” Describe how it feels, the people you’re with, the impact you’re making. Scripting helps you create a clear mental picture, and it energetically aligns you with your goals. It’s an incredible tool to pull your future closer to the present.

The Results

Within days of making these simple shifts, I noticed profound changes in my life:

  • Increased Sales
    My focus and energy shift brought in more opportunities and success in my business.
  • Higher Happiness Levels
    Refocusing on what I wanted instead of what I didn’t want helped me reconnect with joy.
  • Decreased Anxiety
    Feeling more in control and aligned reduced the “what ifs” and stress that had been weighing me down.
  • New Ideas and Opportunities
    When we’re aligned, we’re open to inspiration and fresh perspectives. I felt this big time.
  • Setting Bold Financial Goals
    Getting clear on my intentions helped me set (and believe in) bigger financial goals.
  • Recognizing What’s Been Holding Me Back
    Opening up to others helped me identify the limiting beliefs that were blocking my path, and scripting has helped me shift into the version of myself who has already achieved what I desire.

Revisit the practices that have inspired you in the past, connect with people who see your greatness, and try scripting your dream reality. Remember, even small changes can create massive shifts. If you created your current reality, then you have the power to create the reality you desire.
